My father was a man with great integrity and was a hard working, honest and very well loved by all his family, friends and most everyone that ever met him. He seemed to always have to right words to say to you no matter whatever you might have going on in your live and had a great way of making you feel better about it and yourself. He was not a rich man by the world standards of rich, but he was very rich in the amount of people that loved him and the love he had for others.
With the time that we had together while he was still here he did provide me with some wonderful advice that I will always remember. The one I consider to be the best was that all people are human with feeling and to always treat everyone with respect and never judge anyone because you haven’t had to live their life or walk in their shoes. Although I have fallen short a few times in my life of following this advice, I have gotten better at it as I’ve got older.
"Happy Father’s Day” Dad!!! Yes I still miss and love you so much and I really believe will be together again one day whenever the Good Lord decides to bring me home.
I have included a picture of my dad and would have liked to have include one of us together, but all the known pictures we had taken together while he was alive was lost in a house fire several years ago.
